Sleep is deeply personal. It shapes how we think, feel, grow, and function. When it's disrupted, it affects the entire family. I build relationships first, because better sleep starts with being heard.
The sleep healthcare system can feel fragmented and overwhelming. I created Marigold Sleep for patients who value sleep care, a direct-pay practice with transparent pricing, no insurance hassle, and the time and intention this requires.
You're treated as an individual, never as a checklist.
Long-term, physician-led relationships, not revolving providers.
Thorough visits, clear communication, transparent pricing.
Sleep affects the whole household, so my approach does too.
Better sleep is built through thoughtful adjustments over time.
Together, we will:
If sleep testing is needed, I will discuss it clearly and transparently. At the end of the visit, I will outline anticipated follow-up and next steps so you feel informed and supported.
Better sleep is a relationship, let's build it together.
I'm a dual board certified Child Neurologist and Sleep Medicine physician who enjoys treating people of all ages with their sleep concerns, specifically as they contribute to daytime functioning.
I was born and raised in Fremont, California with my three siblings. I attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine where I completed my medical degree.
I completed my residency and fellowship training at University of California – Irvine (UCI) in Pediatrics/Pediatric Neurology. During my residency, I also spent time in Adult Neurology at UCI and the VA hospital, where I further developed an interest in sleep medicine and how sleep impacts children, teenagers, young adults, and the elderly. I saw firsthand how sleep can shape several neurological conditions.
I completed my Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Stanford University. With my passion for sleep, insomnia, circadian disorders, and sleep apnea, I decided to create a clinic where I could see patients who need help but have difficulty finding it.
I chose the name Marigold because marigolds symbolize warmth, resilience, growth, and hope, qualities that reflect both the healing process and the values at the heart of this practice. Just as marigolds flourish in many environments, I believe that with the right support, people have an incredible capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
a few of my favorite things
Sleep plays a vital role in every aspect of daily functioning, influencing mood, focus, overall health and well-being, and relationships. Marigold Sleep is focused on insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and sleep apnea, using evidence-based, practical treatment plans.
Visit format: Virtual, across the Bay Area
A comprehensive evaluation about your sleep.
Objective sleep data captured in your natural environment, sleep timing, fragmentation, and breathing patterns. Home sleep study evaluations are available upon request. We'll discuss whether testing is appropriate during your initial visit.
Billed by visit length
Every person's sleep needs are unique, and the length of your appointment will be tailored to your concerns and treatment goals. Some visits may require more time to explore symptoms, review progress, or adjust your care plan, while others may be shorter and focused on follow-up or ongoing management.
Marigold Sleep is a direct-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
I am unable to accept patients with Medicare or Medi-Cal. I do not contract with insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Marigold Sleep is a fee-for-service clinic. I don't work with insurances directly, but I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
At this time, I am unable to accept patients with Medicare or Medi-Cal. If you would like to see a Sleep Medicine doctor covered by your insurance, please ask your primary care provider for a sleep medicine referral to a local provider.
*I am not connected with an inpatient sleep lab and therefore am unable to diagnose narcolepsy / idiopathic hypersomnia. For these services, you will be referred to an outside sleep team.
Though many patients are given sleep aids, the best goal for your care will be to come off sleep aids. We will perform a comprehensive workup to best address your main concerns regarding your sleep, and will discuss what medications, if any, are needed to help you sleep.
All appointments are virtual and available across the Bay Area.
Marigold Sleep has a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, your service fee for the visit will be forfeited.
A typical pathway starts with an initial evaluation, followed by a possible sleep study evaluation with a results follow-up. We will then have approximately 2–4 further follow-ups to discuss your sleep and improve your total sleep time.
Most patients complete structured insomnia care within 2–3 months.
Scheduling and patient communication run through a secure online portal. Virtual visits are available across the Bay Area.
